She attended the University of Oklahoma for three and a half years before completing her degree at Cameron University. A lifelong competitor, she played basketball, soccer, and softball, and swam competitively growing up

Her passion for education began while substitute teaching, where she quickly realized how much she enjoyed connecting with students and the energy each day brought. Outside of coaching, she enjoys early mornings at local garage sales, relaxing by the pool, watching movies, and learning how to golf. Outside of coaching, her favorite thing to do is support her kids – Blaise, Jada, and Devin.
